We manufacture and ship our products from our facilities in the Chicago metropolitan area. We have approximately 102,600 square feet of manufacturing and office space, which includes a 30,000 square foot facility that we leased in July 2007 to expand our manufacturing capacity.
Rubicon facilities are custom-designed for ES2-GSA crystal growth, ES2-PSA epi-polishing, and other advanced ES2 technologies.
The fabrication and quality center holds a full range of equipment and technology for core drilling, slicing, grinding, and polishing. Rubicon’s highly skilled engineers perform a 24-point quality control process with state-of-the-art metrology equipment. And the Rubicon scientists have all the resources necessary to explore and pursue new ES2 processes and technologies.
